Role-Playing Role-playing games featuring D&D Adventurers League Pathfinder Adventures and Judge’s choice role-playing adventures. There will be organized role-playing game sessions twice a day on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Role-playing games featuring D&D Adventurers League, Pathfinder/Starfinder Society, and Judge’s choice role-playing adventures. There will be organized role-playing game sessions 3 times per day on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 9AM, 2PM, and 7PM. The National Decision Making Game (NDMG) is a political, military, and economic roleplaying game that uses gaming as an entertaining medium to inform players of contemporary, historical and futuristic geopolitical, military and economic issues. The idea behind the NDM game is: “You players are the Congress. You over there, you’re the Cabinet. You folks in the corner are the Joint Chiefs. This guy’s the President. The scenario is that it’s the world as you know it today. Fix it. You may start now.” There are new issues and problems explored and different nations in play in every game, showing a range of real issues across the world and modeling a number of different political systems. Can you affect Iran as the US? Can you take the Ukraine playing Russia? And how to you solve a problem like Korea? In addition to trying to fix the world as it is today, the NDM staff will also be running a game with SciFi themes set in the near future, the consequences of instability in North Korea and the unrest & conflict in Russia and Saudi Arabia. NSDMG’s Cuban Missile Crisis Game – “Monroe Doctrine or No Doctrine” Friday 8PM-12AM EDT (12 Players) United States players deal with the Communist challenge in Cuba This simulation uses real and potential events from the period to simulate national decision-making during the early 1960s. Players take on the roles/motivations of the real participants during the Cuban missile crisis. This immersive game allows you to experience the challenges historic personalities faced while using the resources they had available constrained by the command, control & communication challenges of the Era. NSDMG’s Cuban Missile Crisis Game – “Last Tango in Cuba” United States and Soviet Union players contend over Cuba and the world balance of power. Sunday 6PM-10PM EDT (24 Players) This simulation uses real and potential events from the period to simulate national decision-making during the early 1960s.
